Happy 3rd Birthday Keller

I can't believe my little boy is three years old. Time has gone by so fast sometimes I just have to stop and slow down and remember to enjoy it. Keller's birthday was very low key this year with just the grandparents (Mommo and Bappa and Papa Todd and Nonnie) enjoying it with us this year. Keller was very excited about his birthday cake and all he could talk about for weeks was white birthday cake with Woody and Buzz. He got his wish. Not that Keller even was interested in the cake, all he wanted was the icing! He couldn't even wait until after dinner to dig in. I leave the room for one minute and this is what I came back to. FYI, he then took a turn eating the frosting on all but 2 of the 10 cupcakes on the table. He loves frosting! That's a ornament for Jessie (our Bullmastiff who now lives in Durant with Jed's brother). Somehow Keller managed to hang her upside and backwards! All better!

So here is another fall update: Here is a picture of my mom and me at Danae's wedding in August. Keller spent a weekend in September in Pauls Valley with Karis at Jed's parents. They have the most fun sliding down the hill in the backyard using the lid to the sandbox. You can tell by the expression on his face that Keller isn't too sure what he has gotten himself into with his cousin. Things were a bit better once she decided to ride with him, instead of pushing him. For Halloween, we decide to let Keller get his own pumpkin to paint. I tried to get him to carve one with me, but as soon as he felt the slimey guts on his hands, he had enough of that. He thoroughly enjoyed painting the pumpkin though! Eating Halloween candy. Keller's favorite k...
